The rebate applies only to new Shure Performance Gear®, PGX and SLX® Wireless Systems (applicable SKUs: PG14, PG14/PG185, PG14/PG30, PG24/PG58, PG1288/PG185, PG1288/PG30, PG188/PG185, PG288/PG58, PGX14,

SLX24/BETA87C, SLX24/SM58, SLX24/SM86, SLX124/85/SM58). This rebate o er is available only to original end-user purchasers and is valid only for their purchases of the qualifying new products made at Shure-authorized retail
stores in Canada between November 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. O er not valid on purchases of demo, used or refurbished products. Purchases from online auction are not eligible. O er limited to four (4) qualifying new
products per person, household or address. Rebate claims must be postmarked no later than January 30, 2010 received by SF Marketing no later than February 15, 2010. Distributors, retailers, and other resellers of Shure
products, together with their employees, agents and families, are not eligible for rebates, nor may Shure product distributors, retailers, resellers, or their employees, agents or families claim rebates on behalf of end user
purchasers. Rebate claims that do not include all of the proper documentation and all of the other materials required to be submitted will be ineligible for the rebate. Proper documentation and other materials include: the
properly completed and signed o cial Rebate O er Form, actual [no photocopied substitutions] model number label [UPC proof of purchase] cut from end of cartons, original dated sales receipt issued by the authorized Shure
dealer at the time of original sale, with the dealer's name and other identifying information. Completed Rebate O er Form must include all required information, including, but not limited to, product quantities and system
information. Upon receipt, all submitted documentation and materials become the exclusive property of SF Marketing Inc and will not be returned. SF Marketing Inc is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected,
incorrect, incomplete, illegible or postage due rebate claims or claims that are not properly submitted for any reason. Such rebate claims need not be honored. Keep copies of all documentation submitted for your records. O er
open to Canadian residents only. This rebate o er is void where taxed or prohibited by law. Purchases made in, or for delivery in, other countries, are not eligible. In any event, rebate recipients are solely responsible for any
taxes imposed on their rebates. Rebate recipients should allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for SF Marketing Inc to send their rebate checks. The mail-in rebate will not be sent to post-o ce boxes. SF Marketing Inc reserves the right to

the right at any time, without notice, to suspend, terminate, or alter in any respect this rebate o er or any related terms or conditions. SF Marketing Inc decisions regarding rebate eligibility and other matters related to this
rebate o er are nal. SF Marketing Inc’s rejection of any improper rebate claim will not entitle the claimant to any refund, return or other accommodation with respect to the claimant’s purchase of Shure products.
