Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. To request your refund, please call at 1.888.856.1919 (ext. 2274) or via email to receive a return authorization number (RMA). The products must be shipped to SF Marketing Inc. in their original packaging, freight prepaid. Merchandise must be in as-new condition, and include all packaging materials such as user's guides, accessories, and any other items originally included with the product. Products returned damaged or missing packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped the next business day via ground (shipping charge of $9.50 for PEI, NS, NB, NL, QC, ON, AL, SA, MA, BC) or via air (shipping charge of $18.00)
Please note: This shipping policy does not apply to shipments for YT, NU and NT. However, orders for these destinations will be shipped ground transportation with the carrier of SF Marketing's choice.

Warranty
SE Models (SE210, SE310, SE420, SE530/SE530PTH)
SF Marketing Inc. hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that this product will be free in normal use of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the consumer's original date of purchase. At its sole option, SF Marketing Inc. (on behalf of Shure Incorporated) will repair or replace the defective product and promptly return it to you. In order for this warranty to be valid, the consumer must, at the time the product is returned, provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt. If SF Marketing Inc. elects to replace the defective product, then SF Marketing Inc. reserves the right to replace the defective product with another product of the same model or a model of at least comparable quality and features in SF Marketing's sole determination.
If you believe this product is defective within the warranty period, carefully repack the unit, insure it and return it with proof of purchase, postage prepaid, to SF Marketing Inc. at the address below. In the case that a Shure product has any above-mentioned defects, please call 1-800-363-8855 in Canada for details on repair. For United States warranty returns, please consult the warranty and repair page for more information.
This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Shure's instruction, ordinary wear and tear, an act of God, negligent use, purchase from a party other than SF Marketing Inc. or a Shure-authorized reseller, unauthorized repair, or modification of the product. All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed to the extent permitted under applicable laws and, to the extent not permitted, are hereby limited to the duration and terms of this warranty. Shure also hereby disclaims all liability for incidental, special or consequential damages. This warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws. This warranty supercedes all other warranties that are associated or included with these products.
Two-Year Limited Warranty (all other Shure products including E Series, Gaming Edition, I Series, QuietSpot, Phono, Microphones)
SF Marketing Inc. hereby warrants that with normal use, your product will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If there is any defect, SF Marketing Inc. (on behalf of Shure Incorporated) will repair or replace the defective product and promptly return it to you. To submit a warranty claim, please retain proof of purchase (to validate the purchase), date and return it. Shure is not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. In the case that a Shure product has any of the above mentioned defects during the warranty period, please call 1-800-363-8855 in Canada for details on repair.

Service Policy
On behalf of Shure, SF Marketing's global warranty policy guarantees our products to be free from defects. ALL products manufactured by Shure Incorporated feature a two-year limited warranty. This two-year warranty is specific to the date of manufacture as determined by the serial number or date code printed on the product.
While under a valid warranty period, damaged or defective products (purchased within Canada) may be returned, freight prepaid, to SF Marketing Inc. with an authorization number for service or repair. For international requests, please refer to the warranty card enclosed with your product.
